As anyone who follows the Southern California SF4 scene knows, Get Your Tournament aka GYT has been the driving force behind SF4 coverage around here, however they have been around for much longer than SF4, and to celebrate their 3 year anniversary of operation, they will be running a celebratory tournament at Denjin Arcade on 12-19-2009.

You know that at Get Your Tournament we do our best to provide you with live coverage and information about tournaments. Well, we’re going to host a tournament ourselves!

As part of our upcoming 3-year anniversary next month, we’ll be hosting a two-game tournament on Dec. 19 at Denjin Arcade in Simi Valley.

The first game is Street Fighter IV; it’ll be a double-elimination tournament. Entry fee is $5, and we’ll do a 70/20/10 payout to the top three finishers. The other game will be Mario Kart Wii. The entry fee is $1 and it’s only a single-elimination tournament, with winner-take-all.

We’ll have a cake and some other goodies to share with everyone that comes to the tournament. You won’t go hungry if you show up early...

Denjin Arcade is particularly grateful of the GYT crew (especially Glenn!) for helping publicize our events, so its an honor to be able to help out with an event like this.
